Rev. J. de Jesús Reynaga, I began my studies at the seminary of Guadalajara, in 1992. I transferred to the Diocese of Fresno in 2000 where I was received by Bishop John T. Steinbock, who also sent me to the Seminary of the Diocese of Tijuana to finish my theological studies; concluding in June 2003. On May 22, 2004 I was consecrated priest by laying on of hands of Bishop John T. Steinbock. I served as vicar in the Parish of St. Anthony in the city of Reedley for 2 1/2 years. Since January 8, 2007 I was Pastor of the Parish of the Sacred Heart in the city of Merced until September 2, 2019 when I was assigned Pastor of St. Joseph. Starting 1st of July have been assigned pastor of both St. Joseph and San Clemente Mission . I look forward to having your help and support working together and united for the kingdom of God.
Rev. Walter Martinez, originally from the Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows in Parlier. I was ordained 6 weeks ago for the Diocese of Fresno, I was in the seminary for 10 years. I attended the Los Angeles formation house, following 3 years in the seminary of Monte Angel in the state of Oregon, from there I finished my theological studies in San Juan de Camarillo. Bishop Joseph V. Brennan ordained me at The Parish of the Holy Spirit in Fresno on May 29, 2021. I have been assigned as Vicar of St. Joseph and San Clemente Mission. I am Rev. Jude Emeka Okonkwo form the Biafra Region of Nigeria. I was born on the 9th of September 1975 and was ordained a priest on the 9th of September 2006 for the Diocese of Okigwe Nigeria. I started my seminary formation in 1988-2006. I have worked in a variety of areas, some of those include, an associate pastor in Good Shephard parish Ihube Okigwe Diocese, pastor for 8 years in St. Thomas Aquinas parish in Mbano Okigwe Diocese, pastor and principal of a school for 2 years in Isuikwuato parish in Okigwe Diocese, Diocesan Exorcist for 10 years, youth Chaplain for the deanery for 5 years, Charismatic group Chaplain for 7 years, and hospital Chaplain for 11 years. I came to the USA in 2017 for my Masters degree program and Hospital Chaplaincy program. I have worked as a student priest in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles where I attended a Spanish class for 4 months. I was accepted into the Diocese of Fresno in August 2020. My hobbies include prayer and meditation.
